1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the website at dalndynamics.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). The Site is operated by Denvr Projects Ltd., operating as DALN Dynamics ("DALN Dynamics," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the site

"DALN Dynamics," "CAIP," "Canada AI Platform," "CAPRA," and the DALN Dynamics logo are trademarks of Denvr Projects Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

4. Contact form submissions

When you submit information through the Site's contact form, you consent to our collection and use of that information as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DALN Dynamics makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site's operation, accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DALN Dynamics disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Denvr Projects Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100.00).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta, sitting in the City of Calgary.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
